Open the official service directly and read its notice. Save the reason and date of the restriction. Use the service’s own recovery form with your linked email, phone or backup codes. If needed, contact official support with the exact error and steps already tried. Do not give intermediaries passwords or one-time codes. After suspicious logins, change your password, end unknown sessions and enable two-factor authentication where available.
